Frank K. Yeboah is a healthcare executive, licensed nursing home administrator, and long term care consultant with extensive experience in skilled nursing facility operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. As President and CEO of Yeboah LTC Consulting Services, LLC, he works with healthcare organizations to strengthen leadership, improve operational performance, and support high quality resident centered care.


Frank brings a strategic and practical approach to healthcare leadership that focuses on building strong systems, developing teams, and helping organizations navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges.


Leadership and Professional Engagement


Frank holds several professional credentials including LNHA, HSE, PMP, CPMAI, and the Fellow designation from the American College of Health Care Administrators (FACHCA). These credentials reflect his commitment to professional development, responsible leadership, and advancing excellence in aging services.


He currently serves as a Director on the Board of LeadingAge New York, where he contributes to policy discussions, advocacy efforts, and initiatives that support the future of long term care across the state.


Experience in Long Term Care Operations


Throughout his career, Frank has led and supported complex healthcare organizations across the long term care continuum. His work includes:


✔ Leading large skilled nursing facilities serving hundreds of residents and managing multimillion dollar operating budgets

✔ Securing grant funding to support restorative nursing programs focused on fall prevention and improved clinical outcomes

✔ Overseeing major facility renovations to enhance safety, infrastructure, and resident environment

✔ Supporting organizations in strengthening survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality performance

✔ Mentoring administrators, emerging leaders, and healthcare professionals entering the field


As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Professional in Managing AI (CPMAI), Frank brings structured leadership, strategic planning, and forward looking management approaches to every initiative he leads.
